14 And if thou sell ought unto thy neighbour,
or buyest ought of thy neighbour's hand,
ye shall not oppress one another:
Do you have faith in your product?
Do you have faith in your service?
Surely, you do.
Otherwise, you won't be selling it.
Marketers are salesmen.
We all come up with ways to make our products, and services, attractive.
Thus, the plan, the presentation, the strategies.
Everything in this world are measured in numbers.
Thus, science, mathematics, statistics, demographics, surveys.
But, as we go deeper into the digital world, the farther we go away from what GOD would have us do.
We get caught up in the ways of the world.
We are only as good as our last successful project, or performance.
And we wonder why, one day, we've been unseated, transferred, demoted, marginalized, or even fired.
We wonder why our products and services once worked, and now, don't.
It's definitely a rat race, with the FAT cats ruling the world.
No wonder, everyone gets eaten up.
It's a rare business that does things from heart alone.
It's always about profit, prestige, and power.
Once you declare your company public, you start having board of directors, stockholder meetings, and such.
You begin answering to so many people.
Such is the death knell for most entrepreneurs.
Remember the saying, "Too many cooks in the kitchen spoil the food"?
Liken it to that.
Now, what if there was only ONE ruler?
Just, ONE "cook".
Wouldn't that simplify things?
Yeah, but that's tyranny, you'd say.
GOD, a tyrant?
No such thing.
GOD is TRUTH.

17 Sanctify them through thy truth:
thy word is truth.
Let GOD rule our lives.
From choice of work, product, service, to marketing.
To every aspect of conducting our business.
We will not be inclined to cheat, steal, or lie.
We would want an honest day's labor.
Surely, you'd know there'd be a marked difference if GOD were to rule.
And surely, you know the world's pretty vain, greedy, and selfish.
That it plays favorites.
If GOD was in charge of our marketing, we'd create what people really need.
We'd be super creative, efficient, and effective.
We won't think people are robots, to be programmed.
We won't try to replace humans.
We'd keep creating things that honor the SPIRIT of GOD in each person.
We won't think of people as numbers.
We'd think of them as children of GOD.
That we're all in this together.
That it doesn't feel right to fool others.
And how false weights are an abomination to GOD!
Proverbs 11:1

11 A false balance is abomination to the Lord:
but a just weight is his delight.
Yeah, but I'm not born again, you'd say.
I do know what I speak of.
For it changed my life completely.
Making me do a 180-degree turn.
Now, all I care is to please the LORD.
That I live by His law.
That I am guided by SPIRIT each moment.
I can't bear to be wrong now.
Whether it's marketing, or living my life.
My life is committed to tell you of GOD's laws.
And it's all backed by Scripture.
Commit your life to the LORD.
His SPIRIT will open your eyes, to what you need to know.
He will provide, for all that you need.
It takes faith to believe in that.
You will marvel at His teachings.
And you will be glad He saved you.
